Install Dilow on your Mac
Get the Mac app, move it into Applications, approve the required permissions, and start dictating into any app.
Download
Save the zip, open it, and keep the Dilow app visible in Finder.
Move to Applications
Drag Dilow into the Applications folder so macOS treats it like a normal app.
Open once
Launch Dilow from Applications. If macOS asks for confirmation, Control-click Dilow and choose Open.
Enable permissions
Allow Input Monitoring, Accessibility, and Microphone access when Dilow asks.
Hold Fn, speak, then release Fn to paste into the app you were already using.
Double-tap Fn for hands-free dictation when a longer thought needs room.
Use the menu bar icon to start dictation, open the guide again, check usage, or quit.
Free use includes 500 words each week; the founder license unlocks unlimited dictation.
